Client-Side Processing Notice: Interactive document editing and visual crops (such as Photo & Signature extraction and PDF editing) run locally in your web browser. Uploaded source files are processed in-session and are not permanently archived on our database servers.

- Account & Authentication Data: If you register or authenticate, we store your email address, username, and encrypted credential hashes.
- User Prompts & Operational Inputs: Text prompts submitted to generation engines (e.g., prompters, scenario analyzers) to return immediate model responses.
- Transient Document Data: Images or PDFs processed through our extractor or editor modules. These assets are converted directly on client memory or sent transiently to vision inference endpoints without permanent persistence.
- Technical Diagnostics: Standard web analytics including non-identifying browser type, session response latency, and error trace IDs to monitor system uptime.
2. How We Use AI Models
Our tools utilize state-of-the-art multimodal artificial intelligence models via official APIs (such as Google GenAI / Gemini APIs). By using our application, you acknowledge that:
- User prompts and document snippets are routed securely via encrypted TLS transmission to upstream model providers strictly for inference execution.
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your prompts or uploaded document data to third-party data brokers.
- API integrations operate under standard enterprise terms that do not use submitted API payloads to train foundational public models.
3. Data Retention & Security
We implement technical and organizational controls to protect your data:
- No Cloud Document Storage: Extracted candidate images, signatures, and modified PDFs are converted and downloaded client-side. We do not maintain a permanent document repository of personal forms.
- Session Cleansing: Any temporary cache or server sessions can be cleared instantly using the built-in Refresh or Reset tools.
- Encryption in Transit: All communications between your browser, our application, and downstream inference endpoints use HTTPS/TLS 1.3 encryption.
4. Your Rights & Choices
Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR and Indian DPDP standards), you retain full rights regarding your data:
- You may request the deletion of your account and associated session credentials at any time.
- You may opt out of storing local browser storage (session state, canvas caches) by clearing your browser cache.
- You may discontinue using any AI-assisted auto-detection feature and rely exclusively on local manual editing tools.
